Scott is originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho. He received his degree in Finance and Business Administration in 1989 from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management. He studied at the Faculty of Law of the School of Law named after Reuben Clark from Brigham Young University, graduating in 1992. He began private practice in 1994 and is a member of the Idaho, New York, Utah, and Wyoming State Bar Associations. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States Internal Revenue Service, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Founder of DoubleSuited LLC, a project development and investment company. With experience in senior positions at Naftogaz, Ukraine’s largest state-owned oil and gas company, Favorov has extensive experience in a variety of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, power supply agreements, fuel supply contracts, financial negotiations, legal auditing, team management, and budget control. He is deeply committed to fighting corruption in Ukraine and sees a future where the country can thrive through business and investment after the war.

Nick has been actively involved in Ukraine and Georgia since 2004. Before launching SP Group of companies, Nick turned BG Capital/Galt & Taggart (Bank of Georgia's investment banking arm) into the leader in Ukraine and Georgia in terms of IPOs and private placements from 2008-11. The firm was recognized as the Best Investment Bank in Central and Eastern Europe by Euromoney in 2010. Nick was included on the Kyiv Post's list of Wealthiest and Most Influential Expats in 2012 and was named one of the Top 25 Trailblazing Business Leaders in Ukraine in 2016.

Yulia has been working at SP Capital Management since 2014 where she handles the firm's private clients portfolio, this work includes concierge and banking advisory support services. With Yulia's help SP Capital Management was able to grow its base of private clients and move in to asset management. Before SPCM, Yulia worked for one of Europe's largest and most prestigious Concierge and Lifestyle management Company's Insignia. While at Insignia Yulia managed some of the firm's largest accounts and clients built a solid track record for meeting and exceeding client expectations. Yulia has also be involved in Kyiv's investment banking market since 2007 having worked at several of the country's leading firms including Concorde Capital and BG Capital in support roles.

We advocate for policy and legislation that supports the free and fair rule of law in Ukraine by educating policymakers, informing the public, and supporting existing legislation and politicians who support the economic reconstruction of Ukraine.
